Beaujolais-Villages 2009 Oak barrel matured
Matured in French oak barrels for 9 months, it has
black fruits and plum on the nose combined with a slight toasted oak
flavour.
The palate has silky tannins and long finish. Fruit flavors of GAMAY
and aromatic compounds of oak.
Food pairings: rack of lamb, roast pork, steak, beef stew, strong
